far的比較級是farther或further，最高級是farthest或furthest。far的意思：久遠(yuǎn)地、（問到或談及距離時說）有多遠(yuǎn)、到很遠(yuǎn)距離、到很大程度；遠(yuǎn)的、遙遠(yuǎn)的、（某方向的）最遠(yuǎn)的、遠(yuǎn)端的。
