衢州職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院是2002年經(jīng)浙江省人民政府批準(zhǔn)成立的從事高等職業(yè)教育的公辦全日制高等學(xué)校，主要培養(yǎng)面向生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、管理、服務(wù)第一線的技術(shù)技能人才。

學(xué)校坐落在國(guó)家歷史文化名城——浙江省衢州市，占地面積387畝，建筑面積15.6萬(wàn)平方米�，F(xiàn)有全日制在校學(xué)生6200余人，成人學(xué)歷教育學(xué)生2000余人。教學(xué)儀器設(shè)備總值5700余萬(wàn)元，館藏圖書(shū)52.9萬(wàn)冊(cè)、專(zhuān)業(yè)期刊700余種，建有清華同方學(xué)術(shù)期刊等封閉鏡像站（數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)）7個(gè)。

學(xué)校設(shè)有醫(yī)學(xué)院、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院、經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院、信息工程學(xué)院、機(jī)電工程學(xué)院、繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院等6個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)院。開(kāi)設(shè)機(jī)械制造與自動(dòng)化、電氣自動(dòng)化、護(hù)理、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、會(huì)計(jì)等21個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)，形成了裝備制造、電子信息、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、財(cái)經(jīng)管理等5個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)群協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的格局。擁有中央財(cái)政支持建設(shè)的專(zhuān)業(yè)3個(gè)，省重點(diǎn)專(zhuān)業(yè)1個(gè)，省優(yōu)勢(shì)專(zhuān)業(yè)1個(gè)，省特色專(zhuān)業(yè)3個(gè)。建成省級(jí)精品課程5門(mén)，主持省級(jí)教改項(xiàng)目22項(xiàng)，獲批專(zhuān)利104項(xiàng)，主編教育部規(guī)劃教材、省級(jí)重點(diǎn)教材13部。

學(xué)校擁有一支適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展要求的師資隊(duì)伍。現(xiàn)有教職工382人，其中專(zhuān)任教師262人，教授、副教授和高級(jí)工程師94人，碩（博）士學(xué)位以上教師162人，“雙師素質(zhì)”教師193人，浙江省“151”人才2人，市“115”人才39人，省級(jí)教學(xué)名師、教壇新秀6人，省級(jí)專(zhuān)業(yè)帶頭人6人。

學(xué)校十分重視對(duì)學(xué)生的技能培養(yǎng)。建有護(hù)理、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、電工電子、軟件應(yīng)用技術(shù)、電氣工程、汽車(chē)技術(shù)、機(jī)械工程、財(cái)經(jīng)等集教學(xué)、培訓(xùn)、技能鑒定與技術(shù)服務(wù)為一體的校內(nèi)實(shí)訓(xùn)基地，并積極推進(jìn)校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)，其中機(jī)械制造與自動(dòng)化實(shí)訓(xùn)基地為中央財(cái)政支持建設(shè)的基地，護(hù)理實(shí)訓(xùn)基地為省級(jí)示范性實(shí)訓(xùn)基地。同時(shí)，還主動(dòng)與學(xué)校、醫(yī)院、公司等企事業(yè)單位合作，先后建立了170多個(gè)校外實(shí)訓(xùn)基地。

學(xué)校以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)需要和滿(mǎn)足社會(huì)需求為導(dǎo)向，在人才培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中著力體現(xiàn)思想道德、職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、職業(yè)技能和職業(yè)精神的辯證統(tǒng)一。積極鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生參加高水平學(xué)科（技能）競(jìng)賽。近年來(lái)，學(xué)生在省級(jí)以上學(xué)科（技能）競(jìng)賽中獲獎(jiǎng)281項(xiàng)。根據(jù)“建立人才成長(zhǎng)立交橋”的政策和規(guī)定，畢業(yè)生經(jīng)本人申請(qǐng)，考試成績(jī)合格可進(jìn)入普通本科院校學(xué)習(xí)。畢業(yè)生具有較好的開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新精神，專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)扎實(shí)，就業(yè)適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)。近幾年學(xué)生就業(yè)率穩(wěn)中有升，98%以上的畢業(yè)生實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)年就業(yè)，且就業(yè)層次逐年提高，被評(píng)為浙江省普通高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作優(yōu)秀單位。學(xué)校還先后榮獲浙江省文明單位、浙江省治安安全示范單位、浙江省衛(wèi)生先進(jìn)單位和浙江省節(jié)約型公共機(jī)構(gòu)示范單位等榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)。

學(xué)校積極開(kāi)展對(duì)外教育合作與交流。與美國(guó)明尼蘇達(dá)州立東南科技學(xué)院、臺(tái)灣樹(shù)德科技大學(xué)等國(guó)（境）外高校建立了友好合作關(guān)系，開(kāi)展教師互派、交流生專(zhuān)業(yè)研修等活動(dòng)，學(xué)校辦學(xué)國(guó)際化、現(xiàn)代化水平不斷提升。

Introduction to Quzhou College of Technology

Approved by Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government, Quzhou College of Technology (QZCT) was established in 2002. It is a publicly funded vocational college for full-time education, mainly focusing on the cultivation of skilled talents with high standards and qualifications on the front line of production, construction, management and services as well.

The college is located in the historically and culturally renowned city of Quzhou in Zhejiang Province. It covers an area of 26 hectares, with a total floor space of 156,000 square meters. At present, there are 6,200 full-time students and over 2,000 part-time students in various programs. All the equipment for teaching and research is worth RMB 57 million. The library has a total collection of 529,000 books, 700 kinds of professional journals, and 7 academic databases.

Within QZCT, there are 6 faculties: The Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Art and Design, the Faculty of Economics and Management, the Faculty of Electronics and Information Engineering, the Faculty of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, and the School of Further Education. The faculties cater to 21 programs including Machinery Manufacturing, Electronics & Information Engineering, Nursing, Art & Design, Applied English, and Accounting, among which 3 programs are supported by the fund from central government, 4 programs are key programs or distinctive programs of Zhejiang Province. The college has developed 5 courses into first-class courses of Zhejiang Province, completed 22 provincial teaching reform projects, and obtained 104 patents.

The college has a staff of 382 that meets the demands of modern vocational education. The size of the faculty is 262, of which, 94 are professors or associate professors, 162 have master’s degree or above, 194 hold occupational skills certificates besides teaching certificate, 14 are recruited into provincial talent support programs, and 39 into municipal talent support programs.

Great emphasis has been put on the development of students’ practical skills. We have established on-campus practical training bases which integrate teaching, training, occupational skill testing for the areas of Nursing, Art & Design, Electrical & Electronic Technology, Software Application Technology, Automotive Technology, Machinery Engineering, and Finance & Economics. Among the on-campus practical training bases the Practical Training Base for Nursing Majors is the Demonstrative Practical Training Base of Zhejiang Province. The college takes the initiative to cooperate with schools, hospitals, companies and government bodies and has set up more than 170 off-campus practical training bases.

Endeavored to meet the needs of modernization and guided by the demands of society, the college makes great efforts to cultivate the professionalism, vocational competencies and overall qualities of the students. Effective measures are taken to encourage the students to participate in high level occupational skills competition and the students have won 281 awards in competitions above provincial level. According to Department of Education of Zhejiang Province, excellent graduates of our college could further their study in undergraduate universities if they pass the provincial admission examination. The college has been praised by Department of Education of Zhejiang Province for its excellent work on the promotion of graduates’ employment. In the past several years, more than 98 percent of the graduates have been employed upon graduation and highly praised for their professionalism, pioneering spirits and good adaptability. The college has also been named Zhejiang Provincial Civilized Unit and it has also received honorary tiles at provincial level for its remarkable work on campus safety, hygiene, and energy saving.

Aiming to broaden its international outreach, the college actively engages in educational cooperation and exchange with institutions of higher learning from other regions and nations. It has established friendly cooperative relations with Minnesota State College-Southeast Technical in U.S.A. and Shu-Te University in Taiwan and has organized rounds of student and faculty exchanges.
