星海燦爛，勇敢奔赴 | 2021寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)實習(xí)金像獎出爐

金秋十月，桂花飄香。2021寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)實習(xí)金像獎于10月27日晚落下帷幕，六名選手突破重重選拔，站在決賽舞臺上分享了各自獨特的實習(xí)經(jīng)歷。

去NGO推廣實踐聯(lián)合國可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)、在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大廠做運營策劃、運用算法幫助AI識別飛機故障、在頭部媒體當(dāng)新聞記者……從他們精彩的實習(xí)經(jīng)歷中，我們看到寧諾學(xué)子的多元發(fā)展方向和無限可能性。

就讀于國際事務(wù)與國際關(guān)系專業(yè)的彭詩涵包攬了本次大賽的一等獎和最佳人氣獎。她實習(xí)的機構(gòu)是一個非政府組織——社會責(zé)任家。這是一個通過青年交流學(xué)習(xí)、跨界協(xié)同等形式傳播與實踐聯(lián)合國可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的平臺。

在一年半的時間里，她深入?yún)⑴c比利時、捷克等地的海外女性救助項目，為她們提供法律、心理等多方面的輔導(dǎo)和幫助。她分享道，由于跨境救助的特殊性，現(xiàn)實中無法讓每個故事都迎來美好的結(jié)局�！暗�每當(dāng)收到求助者真誠的感謝，他們溫暖的話語和對我們的信心，會讓我愈發(fā)堅定信念，看到自己工作的價值�！�

彭詩涵十分珍惜在學(xué)校獲得的知識和能力，“平日學(xué)習(xí)和運用的批判性思維使我們在工作上頗具優(yōu)勢，在專業(yè)課學(xué)習(xí)到的建構(gòu)主義讓我在工作時更具共情能力，以一種更加包容的狀態(tài)與對方溝通�！�

這次實習(xí)金像獎的舞臺上，還有一名來自商學(xué)院的國際生Tanguy Tresor Sindihebura。他用熟練的中文跟觀眾打招呼，介紹了與自己本名發(fā)音相似的中文名——“崔嵬”。他分享了自己作為數(shù)據(jù)分析師在寧波菲莫智能科技有限公司的實習(xí)經(jīng)歷，他通過不斷完善程序跟蹤公司產(chǎn)品銷售進(jìn)度，使得本來需要3天完成的任務(wù)通過程序10分鐘就得以解決。

崔嵬說，雖然自己的中文還不錯，但語言仍然是實習(xí)中遇到的最大困難。實習(xí)期間，他通過與學(xué)校教授的交流來解決了很多工作上遇到的困難。“學(xué)校就業(yè)辦公室為我提供了很多幫助，比如指導(dǎo)我們修改簡歷，舉辦很多分享會。”他幾乎參加了學(xué)校舉辦的所有就業(yè)分享會，即使不能全部聽懂，也仍然積極地和老師溝通，“不要畏懼嘗試，即使被拒絕也是一次很好的經(jīng)歷，你仍然可以從中學(xué)習(xí)到許多�！�

計算機科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè)李依燃的實習(xí)經(jīng)歷十分“硬核”。她暑假在一家航空公司的數(shù)字化部門實習(xí)，她所在的團(tuán)隊試圖采用AI代替人工進(jìn)行航空故障檢修。“我們用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模仿大腦識別故障的過程，給AI灌輸知識，讓它學(xué)習(xí)并具備可以識別飛機故障的能力�！�

她借助以前的相似算法模型，用近一個月的時間完善了AI程序，實現(xiàn)了深度遷移學(xué)習(xí)模型，將識別故障的準(zhǔn)確率從60%提升到95%，達(dá)到了可以運行售賣的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

談起此次參賽的初衷，她笑著說，想讓那些看似陌生的技術(shù)知識走入大家的視野并被理解，讓大家知道理工生除了學(xué)習(xí)和做實驗，也能擁有很酷的實習(xí)經(jīng)歷。

本屆實習(xí)金像獎在啟動時就受到近萬人次關(guān)注，決賽舞臺高潮迭起，吸引了眾多師生到場觀賽，更有來自領(lǐng)英中國、瀚納仕、平安產(chǎn)險等企業(yè)的雇主代表和學(xué)校一眾專家教授坐鎮(zhèn)評委席和嘉賓席，對選手們的實習(xí)經(jīng)歷進(jìn)行全方位、多維度評價，為同學(xué)們帶來了許多中肯的實習(xí)建議。

今年是寧諾連續(xù)第五年舉辦實習(xí)金像獎，除了延續(xù)了線上晉級賽、線下投票展等多種選拔晉級方式，學(xué)校還邀請了來自不凡帝范梅勒、匯豐環(huán)球、查普門泰勒建筑設(shè)計咨詢（上海）有限公司、FDM集團(tuán)等知名企業(yè)的資深HR作為云評審官。

此外，今年的優(yōu)秀導(dǎo)師除了有來自如通用電氣、南方周末、瀚納仕等名企的管理人員及專業(yè)人士，也有寧諾校內(nèi)專家導(dǎo)師 。三大學(xué)院的學(xué)生事務(wù)團(tuán)隊、建筑和建筑環(huán)境系 、商學(xué)院馮昍博士及人文與社會科學(xué)學(xué)院曹一非博士獲得了就業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)獎。他們不僅在學(xué)生實習(xí)期間給予了悉心指導(dǎo)，也為選手參賽提供了極有價值的建議。

在寧諾每年開展的一系列與實習(xí)相關(guān)的活動中，實習(xí)金像獎是最具影響力的活動之一，旨在鼓勵有實習(xí)經(jīng)歷的學(xué)生走上舞臺，和大家分享工作中的汗水和收獲，從而影響更多學(xué)生走出校園、在實習(xí)中豐富經(jīng)歷，做好職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃。

2020-2021學(xué)年，寧諾就業(yè)辦公室組織開展了眾多特色實習(xí)項目及活動，如暑期實習(xí)項目(SPP)、實習(xí)招聘會、國際就業(yè)周、“家門口”的實習(xí)等。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，超過97%的同學(xué)通過學(xué)校項目或自主申請參與了實習(xí)。

UNNC holds Golden Interns Award for fifth year in a row

27 October: The fifth UNNC Golden Interns Award culminated in success. After several selection processes, six candidates stood on the stage to share their unique internship experience. Shihan Peng, a year 4 student of International Studies, won both First Prize and Most Popularity Award as an intern of Social Responsibility Practitioners, a Non-Governmental Organisation.

The UNNC Golden Interns Award is one of the most influential internship-related activities on campus, aimed at encouraging students to share their experience in public and inspiring more students to enhance their career planning capability through the internship experience.

The organisation that Shihan worked in focuses on promoting social responsibility and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. During the internship, she had been deeply involved in overseas projects of women relief, providing them with legal and psychological counseling and help. In reality, she shared, not every story had a perfect ending due to the unique nature of cross-border aid. "But every time I receive sincere gratitude, their warm utterances and confidence in us reaffirm my determination and let me see the value in my effort." Shihan said.

What’s worth mentioning is that in this year’s final round of the Golden Interns Award, Tanguy Tresor Sindihebura, one of our international students, stood out and became the first international student to enter the final round so far. "Admissions and Career Development Office has helped me with many aspects such as resume modifying and employer presentation." said Tanguy. He attended most of the presentations and actively communicated with tutors. He believed that even being rejected is a good experience from which we can all learn.

Continuing a variety of selection methods such as online promotion competitions and offline voting exhibitions, the Golden Interns Award this year also invited senior HRs from renowned companies such as Perfetti Van Melle, HSBC Global, and Chapman Taylor Architectural Design Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. as remote reviewers. In addition, this year’s recipients of the "Excellent Mentoring Award" included managers or professionals from famous corporations such as General Electric, Southern Weekly, and Hays, as well as tutors from UNNC. The Student Affairs Team from our three faculties, Department of Architecture and Built Environment, and Dr. Xuan Feng from FoB, and Dr. Yifei Cao from FHSS were also awarded the “Career Contribution Award”, which was established to express gratitude to teams and individuals who have made substantial contributions to work related to employment.

The organiser of the event, Admissions and Career Development Office, is committed to providing "professional, comprehensive and tailor-made careers services" for students. Each year the Office organises diverse internship programmes, including Summer Placement Programme, Internship Fair and International Career Week. According to statistics, over 97% of students participated in internships through university projects or independent applications.
