DCL 官方 | 新生網(wǎng)上預(yù)注冊指南

新生網(wǎng)上預(yù)注冊開放時間為8月12日—9月7日。

所有新生請務(wù)必在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)完成網(wǎng)上預(yù)注冊，否則將影響正常入學(xué)，及校內(nèi)各項服務(wù)和設(shè)施的使用。

Online Pre-registration opensfrom 12th August, 2021 to 7th September. 2021.

You need to complete online pre-registration within the specified time, otherwise it will affect the admission, and the function of all campus services and facilities.

第一步，激活你的IT賬戶

通過過此URL訪問網(wǎng)站:UNNC IT賬戶(https://itaccounts.nottingham.ac.uk/)打開UNNC IT賬戶管理系統(tǒng)，并在“新用戶”部分，選擇“所有學(xué)生”鏈接。

我們推薦使用最新的微軟IE/ Edge，谷歌瀏覽器或蘋果Safari瀏覽器。

To activate your IT account

Access the website via this URL: UNNC IT Accounts(https://itaccounts.nottingham.ac.uk/)to open UNNC IT Accounts Management System, and under the“New Users”section, choose“All Students”link.

We recommend using the latest Microsoft IE/ Edge, Google Chrome or Apple Safari web browser.

1）你需要填寫以下詳細(xì)信息:

姓氏:你的姓

出生日期:你的出生日期，格式為日/月份/年份(年份必須由4位數(shù)字組成)

學(xué)生ID: 你收到的唯一的8位數(shù)字

You will need to fillthe following details:

Surname: your last/family name

Date of birth: your date of birth in the format dd/mm/yyyy (the yearmustconsist of 4 digits)

Student ID: the unique 8 digit number you received.

2） 勾選保單協(xié)議復(fù)選框，并單擊“繼續(xù)”。

Thencheck the policy agreement checkbox, and click“Continue”button.

3） 系統(tǒng)會顯示你的用戶名，初始密碼，和你個人學(xué)校郵箱。

請注意，初始密碼是系統(tǒng)自動生成的，你需要按照以下步驟進行修改。

建議你用你的手機拍一張這個頁面的照片，或者截圖，或者簡單地把它們寫下來，你將需要在下一步使用它們。

You will be presented with your username, initial password, and your university email address.

We recommend taking a photo of this page using your phone, or take a screenshot or simply write them down,you will need to use them in the next step.

Click“Continue”button to go to the login page.

4) 在前一頁輸入你的用戶名和初始密碼，登錄到IT帳戶管理。

如果你忘記了用戶名和初始密碼，回到https://itaccounts.nottingham.ac.uk/，并再次輸入你的姓氏，出生日期和學(xué)生ID重新開始。

Enter your username and initial password from the previous page to login to IT Account Management.

If you forgot the username and initial password, repeat by going back to UNNC IT Accounts(https://itaccounts.nottingham.ac.uk/)and enter your Surname, Date of Birth and Student ID again to start over.

5) 請單擊導(dǎo)航面板上的“更改密碼”。

最小長度8個字符,同時必須包括至少1個大寫字母(a - z), 1小寫字母(a - z),數(shù)字(0 - 9)和1特殊字符

To set a new password for your account, click“Change Password”on the Navigation Panel.

Passwoard regulation: The minimum length is 8 charactersand must include at the same time at least 1 Upper Case Letter (A-Z), 1 lower case letter (a-z), 1 number (0-9) and 1 special character

6) 你將需要等待至少15分鐘，以允許系統(tǒng)同步，然后才能登錄到你的個人學(xué)校郵件。

UNNC網(wǎng)站郵箱：http://email.nottingham.edu.cn/，打開登錄頁面如下。

You will need to wait at least 15 minutes to allow system synchronization before you can login to your university email.

Access UNNC Web Email:

http://email.nottingham.edu.cn/toopen the login page below.

第二步， 上傳學(xué)生卡照片（僅限非高考學(xué)生）

訪問UNNC ID Card:

universitycard.nottingham.edu.cn，輸入用戶名和密碼登錄。用戶名是你的學(xué)生證（如2021XXXX），密碼是你的出生日期（DDMMYYYY )。

To upload a photo for your university card (for non-Gaokao student only)

VisitUNNC ID Card(universitycard.nottingham.edu.cn),and enter your username and password to log in.

Please note that your username is your Student ID (e.g. 2021XXXX), and the password is your Date of Birth in the format of DDMMYYYY.

登錄后，按照屏幕上的說明上傳您的照片，請點擊“確認(rèn)”。

照片應(yīng)為近期護照風(fēng)格，約 300 x 400 像素，JPG 格式。理想情況下，大小也應(yīng)該最大為 100KB。請注意，如果不符合此規(guī)格，您的照片將被剪裁。

After logging in, follow the on screen instructions to upload your photograph, please click ‘Confirm’. The photograph should be recent, passport style, approximately 300 x 400 pixels, and in JPG format. The size should also ideally be 100KB maximum. Please note that your photograph will be trimmed if it does not meet this specification.

如果上傳成功，你將看到以下頁面。請注意本頁內(nèi)容及網(wǎng)址僅適用于英國校園學(xué)生，UNNC學(xué)生無需關(guān)注，點擊注銷即可。

If the upload is successful, you will see the page below. Please note the content and URL on this page is applicable only to UK Campus students, students of UNNC need not follow, just click Log off.

注意：

1. 上傳照片只能進行一次。

2. 成功上傳照片后 5 - 7 天，請檢查您的個人學(xué)校郵箱，如果您的照片被拒絕，我們將向您發(fā)送電子郵件并提供下一步操作的說明。

3. 如果 10 天后您仍未收到任何關(guān)于您的照片的電子郵件，則表示您的照片已被接受，您可以在到達(dá)大學(xué)時領(lǐng)取您的學(xué)生證。

4. 對于高考學(xué)生，請?zhí)�過此步驟，因為您的高考照片將用于學(xué)生卡。

Note:

1. Uploading of photograph can only be performed once.

2. 5 - 7 days after you have successfully uploaded your photo, please check your campus email account, you will receive an email inform what should your photograph got rejected and provide instructions on what to do next.

3. If after 10 days and you still have not received any emails regarding your photograph, then it means your photo is accepted and you can pick up your Student ID card when arriving at the University.

4. For Gaokao student, please skip this step as your Gaokao photo will be used for university card.

第三步，在My Nottingham注冊

新生將在個人學(xué)校郵箱中收到在線注冊邀請。單擊“My Nottingham”鏈接后，使用在步驟 1 中新創(chuàng)建的用戶名和密碼登錄，并完成所有注冊。

To register on My Nottingham

New students will receive an invitation to register online via university email address.Click on theMy Nottinghamlink and you will be able to login with your newly created username and password in Step 1.

完成上述三步驟，你就成功完成網(wǎng)上預(yù)注冊了。

Then you have successfully completed online registration. Please get prepared to attend the in-person registration.
