馮倩云：從不設(shè)限的未來，皆有“你”的魅力

已為人母的馮倩云，偶然忖度，原來從母校寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)畢業(yè)已有9個年頭了。

從最初瑪氏箭牌糖果（中國）有限公司的管培生到如今的全國客戶銷售高級經(jīng)理，再到今年仲夏的新藍(lán)圖，這一路，她從未停止過自主學(xué)習(xí)的步伐，給予自己一個無限可能的未來。

“這些年的沉淀，每一次的‘起航’都有清晰的目標(biāo)，不得不說，母校寧諾的許多理念已溶入了我的人生！”馮倩云回顧道。

01

從單一課堂到開放式課堂 她很享受

回憶校園生活，她說，從小到大自己都是“乖乖牌”的女生，不屬于成績很出色，卻也是順風(fēng)順?biāo)�的好學(xué)生。但第一天來到寧諾，看到負(fù)責(zé)接待的學(xué)姐學(xué)長全程用英語跟自己交流時，對比自己蹩腳的口語，她下定決心要突破英語難題，其實這在日后，英語已然不是一種特長，而是一項必備技能。

之后便是開放式的上課模式，區(qū)別于以往的教學(xué)的單一模式。

“

過去十多年的上課模式都是老師為主，老師講，學(xué)生負(fù)責(zé)聽、記。而這里都是以學(xué)生為主，開放式地進(jìn)行討論，蠻有意思的！學(xué)生們各自組隊討論，每個人分工負(fù)責(zé)自己的項目，每個學(xué)生都要發(fā)言，氛圍非常得融洽，討論的答案也不是唯一性，而是發(fā)散性的一種構(gòu)思，這樣的模式非常容易調(diào)動自身的自主性學(xué)習(xí)，因為你想證明你的觀點是最棒的。

“那個時候，幾個小伙伴總是約好圖書館占位置。一起共同努力的日子，真是一件快活的事情。而這些校友直到現(xiàn)在都相互保持著熱絡(luò)的聯(lián)系，給予對方鼓勵和支持。”馮倩云笑著說道。

交換生的經(jīng)歷“催化”她獨立的成長

2009年9月，馮倩云作為寧諾的一名交換生前往英國諾丁漢大學(xué)。在異國他鄉(xiāng)，她度過了4個多月的求學(xué)生涯。此次經(jīng)歷，無論從生活上還是學(xué)業(yè)上，都是一次獨立性的成長史。

其實，寧諾的教育模式和英國那邊幾乎一模一樣，所以從方式上來說并沒有“水土不服”。真正不一樣的是英國的學(xué)制很短，授課時間也很少，而且要與來自全球各國的師生愉快相處，這些都是擺在她眼前的困難。

“那個時候要跨出一步是有多難只有自己知道，所有問題都要一一去解決、去適應(yīng)——第一次租房、第一次燒飯、第一次去郵局充煤氣費等等，我迎接了很多人生的第一次�？涩F(xiàn)如今回首，真的要感謝那段經(jīng)歷，日后工作上的獨立性和挑戰(zhàn)困難的堅韌性，或許就從那時萌芽的。”馮倩云說。

寧諾一直以來十分鼓勵學(xué)生通過開展富有國際化特色的社團(tuán)活動來拓展視野、提升實踐能力。目前，學(xué)校已發(fā)展學(xué)術(shù)、實踐、藝術(shù)、體育四大類近20個學(xué)生組織和社團(tuán)，近80個興趣小組，成為學(xué)生課堂的延伸。馮倩云當(dāng)時加入了話劇社的社團(tuán)，“一不小心”被入選了社長，也正是社團(tuán)經(jīng)歷培養(yǎng)了她的綜合管理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。

“其實社長的工作很瑣碎，不僅需要跟老師學(xué)生溝通，也要與保安、劇務(wù)人員聯(lián)絡(luò)，是一件非�？简灉贤�能力的活兒�！瘪T倩云說，這段經(jīng)歷也為她之后加入知名外企增加了不少砝碼。

一次次豐腴的經(jīng)歷，讓馮倩云跳出了校園象牙塔思維：

永遠(yuǎn)不要讓自己的體系只限于專業(yè)；

熱愛生活也是一種積極人生；

需要具備國際思維的能力；

自主學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)新始終是人生前進(jìn)的課題。

8年6個不同崗位 愛上“攻城”的感覺

“那一年，瑪氏箭牌在全國進(jìn)行管培生的招募，大概有7萬多人報名，但最終只錄取五六十人，也可說萬中挑一，但引以為傲的是我們寧諾就被錄取了3個人，其中一個便是我！”馮倩云自豪地回憶道。

管培生的3年很辛苦，不僅僅是因為剛畢業(yè)的懵懂期，而是需要面對突如其來的新問題，當(dāng)然競爭也是非常激烈。根據(jù)瑪氏的要求，管培生在第一年中每三個月進(jìn)行輪崗，熟悉各部門業(yè)務(wù)。一年下來，馮倩云的表現(xiàn)非常突出，在所有名校畢業(yè)的管培生中考核分?jǐn)?shù)最高。

瑪氏箭牌糖果中國人力資源副總裁劉紅曾這樣評價她：

馮倩云體現(xiàn)了寧諾畢業(yè)生的獨特優(yōu)勢，很有創(chuàng)造性。她不僅做好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布置的工作，還悉心總結(jié)每三個月的輪崗體會，提出優(yōu)化工作的建議。她并不把三個月輪崗當(dāng)作臨時過渡性工作。每到下一個部門，她都會把精心總結(jié)的關(guān)于如何優(yōu)化工作的建議提供給上個部門。她和寧諾的其他畢業(yè)生一樣，團(tuán)隊合作精神很強(qiáng)，樂于與人分享。

在瑪氏箭牌的幾年，馮倩云換了6次崗位，但每一次都是留給人們?nèi)A麗的轉(zhuǎn)身，無論是增額提前完成銷售額，還是傳統(tǒng)渠道營銷和新渠道的結(jié)合和創(chuàng)新，都承載了她勇于從0開始的豪邁步伐。

寧諾教會了我一套邏輯思維的培養(yǎng)和知識體系的建立梳理，即便失敗，也會從中獲取復(fù)盤評估。從0開始，這便是一切皆有可能的最好詮釋，也是母校的魅力所在，我一路的風(fēng)景皆有她的相伴！

Undergraduate study equips UNNC alumna with excellent career skills

It has been nine years since Qianyun Feng graduated from University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) and started her career as a management trainee at Mars, the world-renowned food manufacturer. From an ordinary employee to a senior manager, she has never stopped her search for self-improvement over recent years.

Along this journey, what she has learned during her undergraduate study at UNNC has been deeply rooted in her mind.

Qianyun still remembers being impressed by the fluent spoken English of the orientation leader on her first day at UNNC. She was determined, there and then, to break the language barrier and to have a good command of English.

The open-class environment at UNNC was also quite different from her past teacher-centred learning experience. “In class, we often have group discussions, with which everyone is motivated to study autonomously, as everyone is responsible for his or her own participation and is encouraged to express their own opinion. There is never a single yes or no answer,” recalled Qianyun.

The exchange experience in the University of Nottingham in the UKaccelerated her growth. Facing various challenges in everyday life and study, Qianyun summarised that “at that time, only you and yourself knew how difficult it was to take the first step and solve the problems one by one. But thanks to that experience, I became much more independent, from which I benefited greatly for my future work.”

Outside of the classroom, Qianyun also devoted a great amount of time to extracurricular activities exploring the UNNC student clubs. She joined the Idrama Club and soon became the president, which helped her sharpened both her organisational skills and leadership.

“I found that being the president actually has very high requirement of communication skills,” Qianyun said. She enjoyed this process and the capabilities she trained during this period helped her a lot in her career later on.

"Mars Wrigley conducted a nationwide recruitment in China. About 50 candidates were finally admitted out of 70,000 applications, among which UNNC took three places!” Qianyun recalled proudly.

The first three years as a management trainee were tough. The job rotation mechanism and fierce competition brought Qianyun numerous obstacles. Every three months, she rotated and started from zero all over again. However, drawing on the abilities of independent learning and innovation that she developed at UNNC, she overcame the challenges one by one and finished the tasks with success, unlocking for herself a future of unlimited possibility.

“I developed logical thinking and established a comprehensive knowledge map at UNNC. They gave me the strength and taught me how to learn from failure. What I gained from UNNC has accompanied me along the way.”
