為做好新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，確保我校師生2021年秋季學(xué)期平穩(wěn)順利開學(xué)，根據(jù)國家和省、市新冠肺炎疫情防控的工作部署，為切實保障全體師生的健康安全，對于秋季學(xué)期學(xué)生返校的相關(guān)安排如下：

According to the Government's continuing pandemic prevention and control requirements, to ensure the safety of all teachers and students, the relevant arrangements for students returning to campus during the fall semester are as follows:

暫不予返校情況

如下

大學(xué)管控措施

返校前14天內(nèi)有以下地區(qū)旅居史的學(xué)生暫不予返校，待所在地區(qū)風(fēng)險等級降到低風(fēng)險后方可返校：

Students who have travelled to the medium-risk area(s) or city (ies) that contain(s) high-risk area(s) within 14 days prior to the scheduled return time to campus should refrain from returning to campus until the risk-level has been classified as low risk.

1) 中、高風(fēng)險地區(qū)

例如：江蘇省揚州市廣陵區(qū)灣頭鎮(zhèn)為高風(fēng)險區(qū)，則14天內(nèi)身處（途經(jīng)）【灣頭鎮(zhèn)】的學(xué)生不予返校。

2) 高風(fēng)險地區(qū)所在城市

例如：江蘇省揚州市廣陵區(qū)灣頭鎮(zhèn)為高風(fēng)險區(qū)，則14天內(nèi)身處（途經(jīng)）【揚州市】的學(xué)生不予返校。

疫情風(fēng)險地區(qū)信息，請登錄“國務(wù)院客戶端”小程序查詢。

允許返校情況

如下

NO.1

中風(fēng)險所在城市低風(fēng)險區(qū)學(xué)生可以返校，入校后24小時內(nèi)須進(jìn)行一次核酸檢測，核酸結(jié)果出來前不參加非教學(xué)聚集性活動，并開展14天自我健康監(jiān)測。

例如：截至8月20日，北京市房山區(qū)閻村鎮(zhèn)樂活家園社區(qū)為中風(fēng)險區(qū)，則身處（途經(jīng)）北京市【房山區(qū)長虹東路】的學(xué)生可以返校。

Students who have travelled to low-risk place(s) that contain(s) medium-risk area(s) within 14 days prior to the scheduled return time to campus must take a Covid-19 diagnostic test within 24 hours of arrival on campus, and avoid social gatherings until the negative test result is received. Meanwhile, a 14-day self-health monitoring should be conducted.

NO.2

低風(fēng)險城市學(xué)生可以返校，入校后48小時內(nèi)須進(jìn)行一次核酸檢測。

Students who have stayed in low-risk cities (except for Shenzhen) within 14 days prior to the scheduled return time to campus must take a Covid-19 diagnostic test within 48 hours of arrival on Campus.

注意

返校前14天內(nèi)一直在深圳市的學(xué)生無須進(jìn)行核酸檢測。

境外入境學(xué)生

境外入境學(xué)生，按照政府規(guī)定的入境管理政策開展健康管理。

Students from outside Mainland will need to act in compliance with government policies.

注意！關(guān)于本科新生和研究生新生的相關(guān)報到流程和詳細(xì)安排，請注意近期學(xué)生事務(wù)處與研究生各項目組的郵件通知。

返校要求

Return-to-Campus Request Process

學(xué)生返校時，必須提前2個工作日在“參觀港中深”小程序提交入校申請，提供健康碼、行程碼，經(jīng)所屬部門審批同意后，方可入校：

所有住校生（老生和新生）均由書院/駐深北莫辦公室負(fù)責(zé)審批，走讀的海本生由禮文堂負(fù)責(zé)審批，走讀研究生（老生和新生）由項目組負(fù)責(zé)審批。

All students must submit application in the "Visit CUHK-Shenzhen" mini-program 2 working days in advance (please refer to the attachment I for instructions). Resident students should apply to their affiliated college or MSU-BIT Office; non-resident specially admitted undergraduate students should apply to Liwen Hall; non-resident graduate students should apply to your program administrators. Only after the application is approved may students return to campus.
