只是表示在早晨用in：in the morning，但是如果有修飾詞或者具體日期用on：on a rainy，morning/on Monday morning。
in的用法一、表示地點(diǎn)、場(chǎng)所或范圍
He lived in a small village.他過(guò)去住在一個(gè)小村子里。
There are many stars in the sky. 空中有很多星星。
He is the tallest boy in the class.他是班里個(gè)子最高的男孩。

三、表示狀態(tài)，情況或境遇
The old man is in good health. 這位老人身體很好。

The woman is in trouble.這位婦女處于困境中。
四、表示一段時(shí)間
We'll play football in the afternoon.下午我們將踢足球。
五、表示衣著
She is always in a red blouse. 她總是穿著紅色襯衫。
六、表示所用的工具或材料或表示表達(dá)意思的途徑
Please write in English.請(qǐng)用英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)。

七、組成一些詞組（常作表語(yǔ)或狀語(yǔ)用）
in a hurry 匆忙，in a minute 一會(huì)兒，in no time 立刻，很快
on的用法（1）on表示時(shí)間，用于星期、日期（包括該天的各部分）。如：on Sunday／Sundays，on Monday morning／afternoon／evening等。
on也用于某一日的名詞前，用于公共節(jié)假日前。如：
On New Year's Day 在元旦，on Children's Day 在兒童節(jié)等。
（2）on表示地點(diǎn)、位置，有"在......旁"、"接近"、"靠近"之意。如：
a house on the main road 臨大街的房子， sit on my right 坐在我的右邊
（3）on表示狀態(tài)，譯為"處于......情況中，從事于......"等。如：
on duty 值日，on holiday 度假
（4）on表示"在......上面"，用在表示物體的名詞前。如：
on the box 在盒子上
