Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the world. For example, cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breathe and poisonous gas is given off by factories. Trees on the hills have been cut down and waste water is being poured continuously into rivers. Furthermore, wherever we go today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. Pollution is, in fact, threatening our existence.

The earth is our home and we have the duty to take care of it for ourselves and for our later generations. Fortunately, more and more people have realized these problems. Measures have been taken to cope with these problems by the government. Laws have been passed to stop pollution. I hope the problem will be solved in the near future and our home will become better and better.

全世界的環(huán)境問題變得越來越嚴(yán)重。例如汽車污染的空氣影響了人們的呼吸，工廠釋放污染的氣體，山上的樹木被砍伐，污水不斷被排人河里。另外，無論我們走到哪里，到處可見隨意丟棄的垃圾。事實上，污染正威脅我們的生存。

Today the quality of our natural environment has become an important issue. The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded.

We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.

Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.

Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. People should be further educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products. We are sure that we can have a better and cleaner place in the future.

今天，我們的自然環(huán)境質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為一個重要問題。世界人口增長如此之快，世界已變得過于擁擠。

One of the most serious problem is greenhouse gas emissions have caused climate change, At the same time ,lots of trees have been used and wasted.So our earth is becoming warmer and warmer. . Luckily, many countries have done a lot to stop environmental pollution. It's the most important in the environmental protection today.

In a word. we must develop low-carbon economy.

怎樣發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)，現(xiàn)在這些年已經(jīng)有很多關(guān)于保護(hù)環(huán)境的問題。其中最嚴(yán)重的一個問題就是溫室氣體排放已經(jīng)造成了氣候改變。同時，很多樹木被砍伐掉了，而且大量別的資源已經(jīng)被用完或者浪費(fèi)。所以我們的地球變得越來越溫暖(熱)。這樣帶給我們的是疾病和死亡……

幸運(yùn)的是，很多國家已經(jīng)采取了很多措施來控制環(huán)境污染問題。如今，這是最重要保護(hù)環(huán)境的措施。

我認(rèn)為，一方面，雖然教育我們應(yīng)該讓人們意識到破壞環(huán)境就是傷害人類自己。另一方面，我們應(yīng)該盡力做一些事情來控制溫室氣體增長。

總之，我們必須發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)。

No one，regardless of race, religion or nationality, can deny that the world we live in is becoming increasingly intolerable because of the effects of global warming. According to many experts, even greater impacts are still on the way.

There are numerous causes for this problem. On one hand, human-related emissions of carbon into the atmosphere is causing, and will in the future cause, significant global warming according to the theory. On the other hand, the lack of knowledge about the importance of protecting environment hinders the solving of the problem.

It is urgent that immediate and effective actions should be taken right away. First, more trees need to be planted to help improve and beautify the environment. Besides, stricter laws concerning global warming and irresponsible use of fuel resources have to be put into effect and achieved good results. In a word, there is a long way to go before we can take a comfortable world for granted again .

Many people are active in fighting against unfair treatment to colored people, women , animals and so on. Right now I am talking about fighting for respect to our environment.Though the environment doesn't have a mouth done to deprecate what humans have done to her, she retaliates through action. In the early years the Chinese cut down large quantities of trees, at the source of the yellow river, which led to the disappearance of big forests and terrible floods. As a result, the Huangtu plateau which once was once covered with grass and forests was turned into barrens that supported fewer plants. Another example was in several developed countries.

Because many chemical factories discharged poisonous gas without filtering it, poisonous cities were covered with so much poisonous gas that people were killed by the air they breathed in. What horrible scene!What we are suffering is only a small part of what the nature once suffered. If we don't take action to show respect to the environment, we will have to face an increasingly awful situation. Measures should be taken to protect the environment on which we are relying. First governments should forbid destroying vegetation, rivers and lakes, oceans, as and the atmosphere as well. Second voices should be made to announce the public of the importance of protecting the environment. Third enterprises should pay special attention to the effect they have on the environment and work out solutions for the problems. Only by changing the way we treat the environment can along we get along well with it.

Only by saving the environment can we save ourselves.
